Eve x Canadian spec rear bumper

I saw that the rear of the Canadian spec evo x rear bumper had this peace of black plastic added to the upper part ? I kinda like it.
1) do you have to replace entire bumper.
2) can I just get that peace and add it myself on my existing bumper and who sells it.
I really would like to get it only if I could just add that peace, defenitly not replacing bumper.
Please if someone could help me out here.
Thanks

the part is no longer produced

because the canadians no longer have the "old" bumper regulations.

their bumpers are now the same as USDM.

if you do get the "cover" from someone , NO you do not need to replace the bumper.

i just bought the piece from a canadian forum member .

i am looking forward to seeing how it looks on my O.B. x.

post up a WTB on the forum , perhaps someone will sell you the cover.

I think he still hs the part for sale.

Looks like you may have to drill some holes in your bumper.

i am pretty sure (like i wrote in my first post) that they are no longer produced.

you could try contacting the parts department of a mitsu dealer in ontario.
