Strange buzzing sound

Anybody else ever experience a strange buzzing sound from behind the glovebox when starting the car. It happens when I turn the key and continues for about 10 seconds whether I leave it like that or start the car. After about 10 seconds it goes away. It sounds almost like a small electric motor.

It is possible. It is a buzzing sound like one of those little toy cars that you pull backwards and then let it go.
