im currently running the following mods
ams short ram intake
t1r ic pipes
gm ebcs
turbo xs catless tbe
dw 850cc injectors
and i just ordered the kelford 214-b cams with the springs
my question is would i see more hp with the ets 3.5" intercooler or leave it stock because it wont matter for the hp im gonna make until i get abigger turbo

You want the IC, not just for power but to avoid heat soak. When the air is hotter outside the stock IC is not as efficient and you'll lose HP faster than with a better and bigger IC, even with a stock turbo.

a newfuel pump isnt really all that necessary apparently on evo x's as the stock is already pretty efficient unless you plan on upgrading to a bigger turbo and puttng down serious power
I would say intercooler. Not only will you get a little more power out of the car but you should also notice your boost staying a bit more consistent. At least I noticed that it held boost better in my IX MR with a TBE,ETS I/C with all the piping, and a HKS intake. BTW I am making 340WHP/366WTQ@25 PSI on a Dyna Pack Dyno which I think is about 320-325 WHP/335-340WTQ on other dynos. I am making this power with a ARC FMIC,HKS I/C piping,AEM intake,Invidia Catted DP,Invidia N1.
