I agree whole heartedly with this comment. I am a car enthusiast as well as a gun enthusiast. Why do people spend thousands on ARC JDM bling? why, its because they want to. its their money and let them spend it how they want to. no one seems to mind when someone spends 400 on a CF lip thats going to get trashed the second they drive it on the street, but as soon as a gun convo comes up, everyone freaks out.

Although I disagree with people's opinion about anti-gun laws, I will never tell a person they are wrong. I will engage in a grown up debate, but if someone decides to not carry, thats completely fine! But have some respect and dont tell me im a murderer people hating d!ck compensating redneck for wanting to exercise my 2nd ammendment!

okay end rant. back on topic...your going to get both, so decide which one you want to enjoy first and get that one. 1 grand over 40 years, or 1 grand for however long you have your car....

The fact is, the American economy is going at a downhill. This results in more crimes than ever before. When you turn on the TV, it's always about someone getting shot or killed and other crazy crimes.

I turn on the radio and I hear Rush Limbaugh talking about some good topics. If you like listening to these shows, you can listen to a few similar radio episodes here.

Anyways, I vote for the gun. The safety of your family always comes first. Just be sure to lock up the gun securely out of the reach of any children in your house.

supraboy: I have the exact gun, but in all black, with 3 wilson combat mags, 1000 rounds of ammo, IWB holster (see how comfy that is....) and streamlite light and laser sitting at my ffl waiting to be picked up.

do you have that gun? how much do you love it? Good taste!

I don't like the walther. I have a P22 and it's a POS. I also own Sigs, HKs, Glocks and have no problems.

Fellow Arizona resident and agree you should get the gun first because family protection >> than any mods. Gun owner myself and feel better knowing I can defend myself in the event I would need it.
