mother in law reviews my evo

I am a truck driver and I am barely at home so I left my evo in the care of mother in law. I asked her to take out once a week to let it breathe a little and this happens to be her first week driving it. She calls me today and tells me how much she loves the car especially on the interstate and around curves cause it grips so good she also loves to turn the radio up since i have the ss pkg. Then she tells me that one of her clients has a porsche and wants to race me but she doesn't think he can beat me lol. I guess she is another satisfied evo driver. I know this is a completely random thread but it seems the evo never ceases to impress

Thats cool. My wife hates my car due to the stiffer suspension. Oh well.

yeah my wife loves it too. I was not sure if she liked it at first but once she put her foot on the accelerator i saw a smile come on her face and knew she was hooked. I actually have to tell her to slow down and not take curves so fast lol

My mother avoids driving in my Evo at about all costs. I think the combination of power, stiff suspension an the noises it makes are just too overwhelming for her lol

I know my parents loved my VIII when I had it, cause I had left it with them when I was deployed overseas, even my dad said that he disappointed some cops one day driving home from work, cause they expected some young kid to be driving it and speeding. My Mom loved for the same reasons that you stated OP, and she loved that it was LY ( yellow being her fav. color) amazing sometimes how it gets parents approval

My whife loves it, but she is scared to drive it for now. People that don't know much about cars, are skeptical about our evos. My realtor looked at it this weekend, said that thae car is pretty, but the wing on the trunk is for a race car not a sedan. Asked me how much the car costs and could not believe a small Mitsubishi could cost that much. I think she thought i am crazy for getting an expensive car like that that is not a bmw or a benz...

Thats awesome! Everyone that has rode with me loves it but i never let anyone drive it. I tried gettin my girl to drive it once but she refuses cause of the power. Probably a good decision because she cant drive for ****!
