Why is it so hard to give my money to a dealership?
You're up north, then your Evo is waiting for you in Orlando... cheapest price this side of the Mississippi!:

*I don't work for them, nor get paid to advertise... but their prices are just crazy... I couldn't buy one from them cause their banks didn't want to give me anything 3.6% or lower on my loan so I bought local (Miami) and it ended up being 2k more expensive cause these fools wouldn't lower their price...*
Good luck! and get one before they run out!
Or wait till Oct/Nov for the 2012 GSR which comes with a new feature... a shift-indicator light.

I know the OP already picked a car, but just wanted to chime in for anyone else looking... I bought from RC Hill. As stated they had a great price, and were great to work with over the phone. Drove almost 500 miles to pick the car up and would do it again in a heart beat.
....no wonder you had to drive to get yours.
Just bought my 2011 GSR SS PB 2 weeks ago and I had more of a hard time with salesman who insulted my intelligence. Tried to make it seem like it didnt matter if I bought the EVO because they are a specialty car that sells itself..I agree they are a specialty car but only in that it is a top tier model not a ferrari and its not like they sell like hotcakes. You would assume that a 40K deal is something he would try and work hard for but this guy was just a bad salesman. Walked out after 3 hours
I ended up finding a salesman who actually knew about the car and worked with me to make a deal. I was way more willing to give him my money. Its a basic principle...customer service! that sold me
