What turbo do I need to at minimum stay even on a roll with 2012 GT-R?
I understand that GTR will win from a standing start. I'm interested in roll-on performance.
Stock 2.0 engine displacement.
No race gas, no methanol, only 93 octane.
Full weight.
If it's something like GT35R turbo, It will be easier for me to just sell the evo and buy nissan...

If you can afford a 2012 GT-R, you're better off just getting one. You are going to put a lot of money into an Evo to get close, but you are in no way going to match the torque curve a GT-R has.
ETS has proven you can make a 9 second Evo X. But you're going to break rear ends, and push the engine big time to get there.

I'm talking about a complete stock 2012 GTR. I understand that tuned GTR is another deal. I can afford new GTR but it has some disadvantages for me. For example no warranty, because closest oficial dealer is 2000kms away, so I will maintain GTR by myself = no warranty. I can install studded 18" winter tires and drive all winter on Evo. 20" non studded tires on GTR = no winter fun. Evo is better all around car for me. I wish it just can keep up with GTRs from a roll...
And I can't afford both cars at the moment...

Here's a 2010 Evo with FP Green, Kelford B cams, TBE, Intake vs a stock 2009 GTR on the same dyno.
Evo weight is ~3,600 lbs vs GTR ~ 3,800 lbs.
Gearing is 6spd vs 7spd dual clutch automated manual.
I would say with E85 on the Evo it will be a close match-up, but on pump it's going to take some additional $$ to beat the GTR.

the 2012 GTR has too much improvement over its predecessor, you can keep up with the 2010 one if you drop about 10-15 grand on the EVO but not the 2012. It is best to grab yourself a 2012 or throw your reliability out the window. But of course there is the fact of being able to afford one or not. 2012 GTR for me is excessive spending at the moment as I am going to be using that money for a house but in a year or two I will be looking into getting a used 2012 gtr (if I can find one that has been babied in a garage which most are) for sure though.
Sadly with the twin clutches you cannot just fix a part in it, if something goes wrong 99.9% of the time the whole thing needs to be replaced which costs 20k. The SST costs 10k and the GTR one 20k.
Plus the GTR doesnt use a timing belt, it uses a timing chain which is (i might be wrong) but 6k to replace lol. Even though the car might be under 100k, it is still a supercar. Taking care of it is a lot harder than your evo plus if you do not live in an area with a good tuner for the GTR (basically people who know wtf they are doing), you better even do your own oil change yourself because not even the nissan dealerships know how to decently change up your oil... At least the one where I am have no idea about it. There are 2 GTRs where I am and none of them do anything to theirs over here, except some electrical stuff (because Audio Express over here is AWESOME).

That's not the half of it. The transmission is ideally supposed to last forever. Check out the prices on replacing actual wear items on the GTR - tires, rotors, transmission fluids.
Oh, and another thing - if you turn VDC off (Nissan's version of ASC) - your warranty is voided instantly.
Say what you want about Porsche's being more expensive, they certainly stand behind their vehicles more then that.
