Front liscense plat bracket mounting holes.
Looking to add another Evo the the stable. This will be my first X.
The state I live in does not require a front plate, however a few of the cars I've looked into have the front plate bracket installed. When I remove the plate, I assume there will be holes in the bumper cover. Are these holes that had to be drilled into the cover or are there plugs that are removed?
If the holes have to be drilled, do they make color keyed plugs to cover the holes?

Yes holes have to be drilled into the front bumper. The holes from the license plate frame should line up (I would line everything up before drilling), there are rubber grommets that go through the frame into the holes that holds the frame into place and they are the normal black...i don't know if anyone makes colored pieces like theses though.....

No problem, I had to drill into my front bumper and put my plate on because I didn't want to block the intercooler (and I kept getting stopped by cops). I cried as I did it...but I might be going with a different front end later on so I sobered up quickly:-)
