soft pedal
ok, so this morning i went to turn my x on clutch in turn key and took a little long then usual to turn on, it was cold so i thought nothing of it. I work from 9am to 6pm wen to lunch at 130pm x turned on like normal this time. I went to my 2nd job at 7pm to 1am this time it was colder then morning went to turn her on and it took really long to turn on. I drove for about an hour and very time i press clutch it was soft but was grabbing my shifts smoother then normal.
3K+ miles
is it the clutch or the master cylinder?

True about power but I'm stcok except my ets intake, if its the master cylinder then I'll buy that first which I'll go with ssp but if it my clutch I want to get that first
I assume you checked your fluid level??? At 3k miles you shouldn't be needing a new clutch (seeing that everything else is stock) unless you're an "agressive" driver. I'm at 47k on the stock clutch.
The cold temps my be contracting the fluid to the point where it feels soft or sluggish.

Probably the fluid. I had a similar issue with my S13 after I did my swap.
Check for fluid leaks, drain and flush system, refill, bleed, report back. For fluid, you may as well upgrade to some better fluid. We stock Motul, Endless, and ATE Super Blue. I'd go w/ the ATE for a car that's mainly street driven.
EDIT: I didn't refresh before posting so I didn't see Old Eagles response. Even if you're an aggressive driver, the clutch shouldn't be gone yet. It could be something that has to do w/ trans fluid level, but that shouldn't cause the pedal to be soft. Cold trans fluid would usually cause a lock-out issue or grinding.

I get the same thing from time to time. Most noticeable in colder weather.
Gonna see what happens when I change out my clutch/cmc and put in an ss line
