weird bucking feeling at high rpm's

when im doing a 2-3-4 gear pull and im around the 4-5k range my car starts feeling liek its coming in and out of power but its not a boost leak cause i had it tested and no leaks and i cant figure out what it is and noone i know can figure it out...so i figured id ask you guys if you have any idea

your plugs might be breaking up at high rpms if you are running 24+ psi boost. Check the gap and gap them back properly or if its fouled out, then replace it. I doubt it is fuel cut or boost leak.

what are they exactly supposed to be gapped at?
