shift shock at low speed
shift shock at low speed
I tried two car, ralliart and evo. They both have shift shock when I am driving a low speed <30km per hr. Is it normal. It happens more frequently when stuck in traffic. It is like when you starting the car slowly, accelerating slowly, slowing down the car, accelerating slowly, and going to a stop.
you need to shift at a higher rpm. 3700 seems to be the sweet spot for me.
If I am trying to do like 3200-3400rpm shifts my foot action working the clutch is a little faster than usual.

This is typical for the TC-SST, and in my car it got smoother over time. My MR has 6700 miles since July 4 and its low speed shifting got a little smother around 5-6000. I believe that the transmission is one of those that adapt to the driver. At least one prior Evo version had an adaptive transmission as well.
