Yes this is true, but what you don't realize is I run very very little timing. I mean 12 degrees is really nothing. I am 8 to 9 degrees where I should be give or take. That is why I am getting away with makeing those #s on a stock block. I know when I can get rid of some of this snow and it drys out a little I know Tom wants to change the tq curve some so I will be able to keep the Tq low, but raise the hp to even more. I do want to build the motor though. Problem is money is always an issue when you work only 1 day ever few weeks and then try to survive.

This sounds good to me, my friend. I just want to enjoy the car.

33psi falling 29psi on the 456whp graph. It was later lowered to about 27.5ish psi up top since the injectors and walbro appeared to be at their full limit. With the lower boost it settled around 436whp. The MAF volts pegged 5v at 29psi as well with a 3" intake.

I'm not sure how responsive the Evo X manifold air temp logging is but it only reached around 79*f by redline with an ambient temp of around 60-65*f. This was through a Buscur Racing FMIC.

alright we spent alot of time on dyno yesterday with new set up... some good and some bad

we started with some driveability tuning on 20 psi 336 whp on mustang dyno i was getting excited, once we got the tune right for that we started to move up the psi .. we had some problems the car lost fuel pressure so we let the car cool down and started to figure out what the problem was. we figured it was the brand new DW 300 fuel pump was over heating so we swap it with a good old walbro and it was flowing better than the dw, so we went on and then we figured out the car would not hold more than 23psi... it spike to around 27 and fall right away to 23 psi we made a few calls and determine that my boost controller AEM tru boost is a nice and easy set up it just would not hold the boost... so we order a 3 port grimmspeed and will atempt more tuning next week with just 23 psi 404 and 329 wtq with no knock.. on the shop mustang dyno and on VD it was 469 whp and i forget the trq so hopefully we can put the boost up to 30-32 psi next week and hit the goal we had for 450-500 on the mustang dyno, all done with 93 oct.

The good was the car has alot left in it with a extra 7-10 psi and some timming, the car drives great almost like a stock car

The bad is the couple of problems we had and another day on the dyno

30+ psi that turbo is a monster for sure. Being I lowered my boost down a little in my car going from 33 psi to 25 the car doesn't seem to be as much fun with 8 psi difference but thats is just me. I need a fuel pump to get the #s out of the car.

You have a point as that is strange. Ummm... I guess I will just have to see how mine performs.
