what i heard is that the lojack is small,i think they put maybe 12 of this receiver.

 

I think there might be a few different brands of receivers on the market.. LoJack branded ones, as well as similar knock-offs from other service providers.

Plus, the way technology is.. I wouldn't doubt that they've made the modules smaller and smaller the past few years.

This is what I was thinking as well. If you have FastKey, there is a receiver near the trunk that's location is outlined in your manual.

 

Better get those removed otherwise the feds will be all over you when you go to hijack those semi trucks...

 

Haha that second mystery box was like spliced under my dash and i ripped it out and my doors stopped locking.. It would honk like it would lock but never actually locked lol So i wired it back but it was way weird.. No longer have the car but who woulda known
