Oh really. I would think the 2011 would be cheaper since it's 2012 but yea there is none in MN except the over priced high mileage ones

Yes, any 2011s with a manufacturer date after January 1st 2011 received the updated chain.

Ahh, yah I don't think too many got to the US before that date. Regardless, if it stretches it's covered And the even better news that if you have to replace it yourself, you don't have to worry about the new one stretching.

There is however a change across all 2011's and that's the lack of an oil squirter for the timing chain, I believe towards the top. No one I've talked to so far is sure why got rid of it.

Yup. Mine's completely stock so Mitsu should not dare deny me my warranty.

Hopefully that change is for the better. Still got some faith with mitsu engineers.

From what I understand the nozzle was removed bc it sometimes hit or rubbed against the timing chain.
