50k

My beloved 2008 Evo GSR has finally hit 50k miles after driving it off the showroom floor with 2 miles on it. I am sad to see so many miles on my car, but I simply can't stop driving it. I still get the feeling of excitement every time I step into my car. I've now had the car for 4 years and I have had NO PROBLEMS what so ever. (besides a burnt out day time running lights if you want to count that)

After a year of having the Evo, put on a Perrin TBE and got a custom dyno/tune. My numbers were 325awhp/ 322tq @ 27PSI. I have been running on it for about 3 years as my DD and it still feels great. Everything is still stock other than that, including my clutch which still feels fine.

I got married and had a kid shortly after the first 2 mods, which put all future plans on hold. Once It's fully paid off I'll be able to afford a lot more mods than I currently have. That being said, only one more year left to pay on this thing! It will be an amazing day when that happens.

Hopefully in 4-5 more years when I hit 100k miles, I will be as happy with the car as I am now.

Bought my 08 GSR July 2008. 79,800 miles, stock clutch holding up fine. I may be ready for new shocks, as I just started getting a little click from the front when I hit bumps or turn sharply at low speed.

I am very happy with how she is holding up, especially for a first year of a new generation. Keep on enjoying yours, I know I am loving mine.

It's a car, they're meant to be driven! I'm already past 33k miles and I bought mine new in June 2010.

I don't drive as much as some, but I have right about 38k on my '08 that I bought new back in Jan '09. No problems for me either.
