I did this yesterday and absolutely love it! Its a 08' MR and for me getting rid of the chrome trim was a must. I also hit the hood scoop and vents as well. Here is the final product, let me know what you think.

 

I'd have left it alone... However if you like it what else matters? It looks clean but the resolution on the picture sucks. You should post a higher resolution picture so we can really see it.

 

I just got my lights done last week...they look amazing. I don't have all the chrome you had, though.

 

Looks better. Chrome does not belong on an EVO. I had the chrome mirrors on my SE and they had to go.

 

Yours is the rare chromed one....doesn't seem to be that common. You ever get your number?

 

I really can't tell a difference. Maybe a before pic would help.

yeah, I'm wanting to plasti dip my chrome as well but I will leave the badges and hood alone. looks much better IMO...better pics!

 

08 came with crome around the entire front nose

 

I replaced mine with the GSR grill surround haha. Looks so much better.

Looks reasonable, perhaps leaving the triangle logo may have been better for me. Quality job though.
