Yes it does, get a drop in filter too which is really cheap, but will give you some extra kick. Like K&N or similar, i wouldn't recommend the HKS one. Then tune it as soon as possible, preferably on the spot.

it is a night and day difference between driving a car that is tuned and not tuned. the smoothness alone was enough to make it worth it for me, not to mention the power i gained. expecially with a turboback, or with almost any mod, the only way to get its full potential is through a tune.
