What you DO want to pick off the wrecked EVO:

BOV
FMIC and Upper and lower pipes
Seats (if better than yours)
Spare hood?
Perhaps rear wing/trunk lid
Transmission control unit (TCU) (to get that Launch control, eh?)
Any interior bits
Turbo and downpipe (requires a tune)

(see the Ralliart forum for more info )

The Evo has wider rims and a shorter turning radius than the ralliart.

The Ralliart uses portions of the Evo 9 drive train while the X uses a new one that incorporates the active yaw control. I don't know if its a straight bolt on for the Evo brembos but I would imagine there's some type of modifications needed. I do know there are after market BBK brake kits out there though for the Ralliart. The Evo has a bigger twin scroll turbo and a bigger intercooler while the Ralliart only has a single scroll with a smaller intercooler. The ride quality is different as well. The Evo is a bit stiffer and rougher while the Ralliart is softer and more inline with the regular lancer.

I'm sure there's things that I'm missing but those are what come to mind off the top of my head. Hope this helps you out.

Not sure if it is true, but a local tuner shop said the pistons in the ralliart were different than in the Evo. This was the first I had heard of that. It might be true as I have never personally seen the pistons in an Evo or Ralliart. But then again, they may have just been lying because that ralliart was tuned by this shop and the car blew the engine. So who knows...
