If a customer came in with that in hand, I would have to tell him that I don't suggest installing that into his car. If he insisted, I'd have him sign next to my note on the estimate...

Basically, I wouldn't use it.

damn... I don't understand forums members saving money on shipping tools.. A bigger box and some bubble wraps.. how much could it cost.. ship items the way you want to receive it.. how simple can it get.

I'd keep the parts if $$$ is an issue to you and you don't want to pay full price for the part.. I'd also leave the seller a not so positive review

blame doesnt go to usps..i would blame the seller for shipping it like that..could have easily spent less than $10 more a ship it more secure..no padding what so ever wtf..
