Little clips that hold in intake scoop!

When I first got my car I went to put in a drop in K&N filter and the scoop popped off, subsequently popping off one of the 2 clips that hold it down. Needless to say, that sucker fell down somewhere and I couldn't find it.

I remember finding it a while back on mitsubishiparts, but now I can't find the darn things!

Anyone know the part number? I managed to find the ralliart clips, but I'm not sure if they are the same.

What scoop are you talking about? For gods sake don't tell me you are talking about the one the goes on top of the grille and into the intake.

Sounds like the one I am looking for. The scoop that feeds into the intake. There are two little clips that hold down. Not necessary to hold it down, but it looks weird with just one clip there. It's a plastic screw that clips into a plastic piece that when screwed in, the plastic piece expands.

If you are thinking the clip FELL into the scoop, then no it didn't. It fell on the ground somewhere at night and I couldn't find it the next day.

EDIT: Here is the clip I found for the ralli-art. Sure looks exactly the same to me.

They sell thousands of clips at autozone, and half of them will work on what you want to use them for...

Autozone DOES NOT (or at least not in my area) sell the exact replacement. However, there are a dozen different models that will work (they're just not screw-in, they're push-pop type).

Yeah, I checked a few Autozones in my area and none of them carried the same type I was looking for, so I decided to just go with original Mitsubishi parts.

It was pretty cheap, just $1.60 for both clips.
