Possible Turbo/Vibration Issue (WITH VIDEOS)

Okay just this past week I switched out my ETS O2-Dump downpipe for an MAP O2-Dump downpipe since the dump pipe on the ETS DP broke off...

After install I did one or two WOT pulls to make sure everything was in check, afterwards I rolled up my windows and could hear a big vibration coming from the firewall/downpipe area (which I previously didn't notice, my windows were down), it became so violent on the way home that I could feel it in the gas pedal and it seemed like the whole downpipe was loose and banging on the firewall (although its solid tight). There isn't very much clearance from the dump pipe to the firewall I thought that was the problem. The next day I shoved a few layers of exhaust wrap between the dump pipe and the firewall and that didn't help, it was at this point that I also noticed the vibration gets much worse after a WOT pull. I've also noticed that the turbo is making a weird sound on pressure release, or at least one I haven't noticed before, kinda like a turkey whistle, you can kinda hear it in VIDEO 1. Also there's a ticking sound that I'm assuming is most likely related to the vibration coming from the engine bay in VIDEO 2 (not the injector ticking).

I have zero engine knock, boost levels are hitting targets, and AFR's seem fine. Anyone have any ideas?? Is it just the downpipe hitting the firewall and I'm psyching myself out with the turbo sound?

VIDEO 1 (0:15, 0:28, 0:50, and 1:22 are the best examples of the turbo sound)

I can't hear it.. Sounds like the turbo spooling to me.

However, judging by the sound of the second video it appears that something is lose.

Oh if that DP is hitting the firewall I suggest you return that thing. That's certainly not ok. Can you visually see its coming into contact with the firewall?

Yeah the spooling part it fine, the issue is when I let of the gas and the turbo releases pressure you can hear a weird blow off sound, I don't really know exactly how to describe it. And yeah its super frustrating, the DP is on super tight

Its from MAP and they're a pretty reputable company so I'd assume they've test fitted it before putting it into production, hopefully haha. It gets super close, less than half an inch for sure.

I a have vague memory of a bracket from the dp to the engine block. Check to see if you installed that. Also if the pipe is really moving around, is it possible you have a loose motor or transmission mount? Also make sure you didn't knock off an exhaust hanger when you were hooking it up to the DP.

No brackets. The vibration only happens when I'm moving, it doesn't happen if I'm at idle or revving the engine at a stop, only during motion so I don't think it would be the mounts or else I would think it would constantly vibrate. This problem is driving me crazy!!
