Thanks for all the feedback guys! I've been busy that's why I haven't been able to reply. Anyway, like what most of you said, I've enjoyed the car (and still am) ever since I bought it. Seeing it each and every morning I Wake up puts a smile on my face. Heck, it's already dropped and has window visors! there's no use crying over spilled milk I guess. Will post the pics later for those who are interested! Thanks again!

It's a bit too late to return it. & there's nothing really I could do at this point other than accept it and enjoy the car. I do also plan on building my credit n still hoping I could trade it in for a brand new one in the future. For those asking, YES this is my first time buying a car. Unfortunately I was an ignorant fool obsessed in owning an Evo and didn't research at all! :/

I'm here to cheer up the OP!! Or just cry myself as we Canadians just get owned by our import taxes. Short story long..

2012 New GSR Rally Red with the handling pack (BBS rims, 2 piece rotors, bilsteins and eibach springs, big spoiler) no nav, no sunroof, no RF stereo, no hid, no leather or even half leather.

$42500 plus tax,

Just be happy because I damm well are, btw I traded in my 09 cbr 600 rr and got $9500 for it. 3.5% finnacing $600/month 84months But I make good money.

And and Evo X will only exist once.

Cheers!
Wojtek

I did it 600(your price per month)x84 months = 50,400
Weather you traded in a bike or not, the price on your evo is 50,400.

I'm an american service member, thanks for your interest in my race.

Yes you are right, we pay taxes on top of taxes in Canada, there is no other way, my appologies if you got offended. It was in no way a negative comment from my side

The cost of borrowing with compound interest is ~5800, I should have it paid off in about 3 but I got this loan as it came, believe it or not with a lower rate. In the end the car will cost me about $47000CDN and since we are currently pretty much on par with the US dollar I'm sure you can see the saving we just don't get to enjoy.

Well at least you know you messed up and hopefully learned from it. And as stated before at least you messed up on a badass car and not a KIA Sorento or something like that. Have fun with it. =)

I was lucky enough that my girlfriends friend worked for Mitsu, and she hooked up on my clean, one owner, clean car fax, '08 GSR with 38K miles for $24,000 in Oct. of 11. I pay $49x.xx (don't hurt that I have a good credit score) for 60 months with gap insurance and exteneded warranty untill 2015 or 2016 I don't remeber..

I wont tell you my story because its long and depressing. But just don't think about it. You have the car you wanted and thats what matters. Its not like the 2013 is better. Getting raped by dealerships happens more than one would like.
