Worst decision ever???

Hi guys! I've been a member for quite some time now but this will be my very first post. Anyway I bought a used 2010 ww evo x gsr w/ sss recently through SCM. Before the 2013's came in and no brand new evos available at the time. Long story short, bought the car for $33.5k w/ 34500mi, 5% apr for 75 months & $2k down with monthly totaling to be $580/month. Now could someone lie to me, cheer me up and tell me I made the right choice. Considering that I could have waited a few weeks & bought a brand new "base" model instead for $2k less with ZERO miles!

Omg.... damn dealerahips. What were you thinking.man? Did you inquire on pricing among different dealerships? $33.5 for 34k milea is nutts man. I paid 31k for a brand new 2011 gsr. Lol did i.make you feel bad?

All jokes aside, aslong as your happy man. Enjoy the car and lesson learned.

Only thing I can tell you is don't look back. Also, look for a better rate and refi, you should be able to get down to 3.5% or so.

I paid $30000 for my 2010 with 11,000k mi not SSS though, in March this year.

Learn, learn, learn… As long as you learn from this experience then it really wash't or rather isn't that bad… Use this car as a credit builder and enjoy it to its fullest… You didn't get raped as bad as some others have in the past… But that was not at all a good deal… Sorry to say that is why it is common to here these dealerships called stealerships!

Jesus... how did you fall for that? Did you do zero research at all? Were you so desperate for an Evolution that you couldn't wait a few weeks?

LOL.. good on them for making a profit, I suppose.

Prices of used Evo Xs are sky high down here that's why I went with a new one. Only a few grand difference and better rates on new cars, you can't beat that.

Sorry to hear but when life hands you lemons make lemonade like someone else said enjoy your new car because it is new to you. Just remember this next time around.

Well, I can say the SSS is a very nice upgrade. So in that respect getting used with SSS and a new with nothing, the SSS is really a nice upgrade.

With having 30k-ish miles, meh, the 4B11 is honestly a great engine, so it's not like you're cutting the clock in half or anything.

Should have went to HB and had a talk with Sam! Assuming you're talking about South Coast (SCM). But to be honest, just enjoy the car for what it is. As long as you didn't buy somebody else's headache you're fine.

Sorry to say you could have gotten a much better deal price but you couldn't have gotten a better car for the money. I paid $24k for my 08 GSR with navi with 20k miles on it last February. Granted I had to drive 700 miles for it and I bought it privately.

ok, ill bite.

2010 is one of the strongest evo X that came out. It even has a cool colored LCD display. it makes more power than a 2008.

wow, even i have a hard time....sorry bro.
