I use turtle wax' wash and wax liquid. same liquid you use for the bodywork/paint. you can actually rinse it without wiping it dry. even for my escalade's chrome wheels.

Makes cleaning wheels effortless. Soap and water if it's not covered in brake dust. Otherwise, I use Sonax or P21S.[/QUOTE]

Ive used both p21s and sonax is the better product by far. I dont have to remove my rims to get a uber clean wheel inside and out

Wouldn't that scratch the clear coat on the OEM rim?

A good trick if you get that sticky road tar on your wheels is using WD-40. It takes it right off and doesn't hurt the finish.

I'm gonna try that. Probably no turtle wax but some sort of wash and wax.

That's pretty darn cool but I would probably have to say that you need to be super careful with not spraying directly on wheel to avoid hitting rotors and pads.

So what method do you use spray on a microfiber towel and rub off or take the wheels off and get to working on them?

That first video should have been a time lapsed. At least I was able to time lapse it myself

First of all those rims in that Q7 weren't dirty, you don't know dirty till you see my rims, and it still took all that spraying to get the stuff off of them?

I'll need a bottle per wheel at that rate!

Still who carries it?

Sonax is great. But P21S is a much more gentle product. Sonax is too strong to use at every cleaning IMO. They instantly create a sheen of rust over my rotors. P21S wheel cleaner does not do this, and cleans just as well.
