My service reminder is in the "Off" position; possibly "Off Display". I've tried to reactivate it to set a reminder without success. A search has revealed the procedure to set the different schedules i.e. NAS 10, 11, 20, 21 but I can't "unlock" the schedule from the "Off" position. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

Any suggestions here? Is anyone familiar with how to re-activate the service reminder? When entering the car it shows the wrench with "OFF". Thanks.
