I called him again after my local dealer said they would be happy to do a dealer transfer for a small reasonable fee, but these guys declined that too lol.

I gave it one last chance reasoning with him apparently he didnt understand exactly how far away northern Idaho was from Indiana lol he thought I was like 500 miles away....he said give him half an hour to think about it and he'll get back either way.

If he says no or doesnt get back to me tonight I may just go used on a 2011 I found that also has the aero/exterior pckg(whichever it was called that year). Fair price, nothing to brag about but atleast I know it wont be a problem to buy this one and are only like 400 miles away

I would move on man. That dealer doesn't deserve your money and they sure as hell aren't bending over backwards making it a super awesome buying experience.

If you're willing to ship the car to you, check out South Coast Mitsu.

When I was shopping for my evo, I found the perfect one I wanted in blue. The guy I was working with called me the night before I was heading up to put a deposit on the car (3 hours away) and said they sold it. I ended up with a white since they don't make the same blue in 2013.

Why have the car shipped for $1200? Just get one way flight for $100 and drive the car home. It's also a good way to break in the engine.

When I moved from CA to NM, I considered shipping my car. In the end, I drove 1,200 miles in two days and it was a fun drive!

What dealer was this?

I am looking for the exact same car, and really only want to spend 33k. To get the discounts, are you already a Mitsubishi owner?

If your looking for a PB evo x 2013 with SS package. I know the place I bought my WW 2013 evo here in Pittsburgh, has a PB evo with the SS pckg and automatically sells at "customer invoice". Called south park mitsubishi

^^ South Park. Lol.

I would also look into South Coast Mitsu. They are very reasonable and ship Evos all over the country..

Stay away from Carmax, I personally seen the shady side of that company. Besides they ask way too much for a used evo, your better off buying new.

We have two very good EvoM sponsor dealerships that offer great prices and are very experience with shipping cars across the country; they also both have very high Evo inventories (new & used).

-Don Herring Mitsubishi
-SouthCoast Mitsubishi

I personally purchased my car and have ordered many parts from Don Herring and they've been nothing but great to me; same with their service department.

I bought mine from SCM, but drove it home to Denver. If you want to avoid the situation like you're in now, SCM or Don Herring usually have enough stock that you won't have to compete with anyone else. That and Evom people have been buying and having cars shipped from them for years.

Damn straight.

I bought my 2012 MR from RC Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand, FL, about 300 miles away from Miami and they bent over backwards for me. Got the car way below invoice, was treated with respect and professionalism.

Take your business somewhere else Opus!
