Are all oem gsr evo x rims the same?

I bought I replacement rim for my 2012 gsr. The rim came off a white 2011 gsr but it looks like a different color. I thought all gsr from 08-12 were the same? Am I wrong?

I noticed a little difference in my 2010's wheels to the 2008's, but it could just be a wear & tear mileage thing.

Well I just bought my 2012 evo in July... cracked a rim during a snow storm so bought a replacement. But my rims are darker then this new one. Its weird I could have sworn they were all the same.

My rims look darker too until I wash all the brake dust off then they looks super bright, clean your rims lol or put the new one on and drive with it for 2 days it will match the rest.

Yeah I drive mu evo so much I clean my rims like once a month... plus its such a pain to clean them! I haven't found a good/easy way to clean them. But I was worried I bought the wrong one. Good to hear its common.

I wash my rims twice a month or more..I have a washing glove from advance auto parts..works pretty well and is very soft...I have a wash mitt for the car as well...I was thinking about getting a brush for the wheels but am happy with this choice for now

Yup, it takes forever to clean the wheels.
