I personally run the Depo Racing "4 inch" core and for $420 shipped, I love it because I can run 30 psi on 93 pump and no knock!

Just like what Iowa is trying to imply, the need for FMIC is dependent on the turbo u r running with right now and if it will changed in the future.

If it will stay stock, depo has had some good reviews from people here on the forum. Cheap and good enough for mostly stock vehicle.

If ur going bigger, then 3.5 inch would be a better option. ETS makes very reputable parts so does AMS, amongst others...but they r not cheap.

Major difference between depo racings FMIC and ETS/AMS FMIC is the core design. Search the forums and I believe ETS had a thread about the difference in design between their core and "budget" cores.

But to me, cheap and reliable can't be in the same sentence when it comes to cars, except if ur sponsored. Sponsored always means free which means cheap for the owner. haha!
