crickets living in my car!!!!!

Alright I have this weird problem... idling or creeping thru traffic at low speeds 1st gear I hear intermittently cricket kinda noise coming from my car... its soft but still kinda noticeable.. then if I hold my 1st gear to 5k then release it gets pretty loud for maybe a good 3 seconds... I already changed the belt.. the tensioner lines aren't exactly were they suppose be(the belt side is below the two bars). I assume I have a pulley problem?.. or am I looking a turbo problem? Its 2010 evo 32000 miles with only a takeda intake and Cobb inlet..

Put the car in neutral and rev it lightly at the same rpms and see if you can hear it. Then get back to us.

Sounds like it should be a belt issue. Maybe the tensioner is bad and not making the belt tight enough.. Either that or the pulleys..
