the only thing I can think of is that while looking at the starter, the gears look like it doesn't reach the flywheel. That is normal. When the starter engages the gears will spin toward the flywheel to engage. If your saying that they are not engaging while cranking on it, something is not installed right whether it is the flywheel, Tranny etc... no one can answer that without pics.

 

It was exactly what spaz said. It was off by just a little bit so he kinda moved it around a bit to make it fit nicely. pretty excited to have her back on the road.

Oh while im here,( or if its in the right section anyway) but how much you guys think i can get for a cylinder head(4b11t).
