New evo x driver

So I just bought me a 2013 evo x. It's black and it's a gsr. So far I love it to death and I've got big expensive plans for it. I intend to upgrade the stock turbo system, intercooler, exhaust, etc. Only thing is, I don't really know much about tuning cars. So I'm looking for some advice on what to do to the evo, what parts are gonna give me the best bang for my buck, and of course installing advice.

This really all depends on what you do and what your willing to pay. Keep in mind if you do anything your warranty is gone, I'm not sure how you feel about that, but if it were me I'd start with full bolt ons. I recommend you drive it for at least a few months and get used to it first, learn the car inside and out. With that being said;

Intake
UICP/LICP/FMIC
TBE (turbo back exhaust)
Those are your biggest 3 upgrades that you'll see the most pick up from.

Then move on to;
Injectors
Cams
Fuel pump
At least that's my plans. All the mods listed above should put you somewhere around the 400 range on pump gas, and low 400's on E85 (on a high reading dyno)

Keep in mind the stock clutch is the Evo's weak point from the factory. If you don't know how to drive it right you're going to blow up the clutch, especially once you get more power down.

If you use the search function or even google you can pretty much figure out whatever you need.

Dont forget a boost controller.

Also my understanding is a LICP isn't really necessary for bolt-on gains as we get most of our power from the UICP.

Totally forgot about that! Regarding the LICP, I figured if your gonna yank out the bumper to change the FMIC you might as well go ahead and do the LICP as well.
