Clutch Master cylinder?

Hey guys I'm hoping someone would give me some advice what's going on. I have the famous 08 evo GSR that comes with everything....that has to be fixed!!! My problem is my car won't disengage into gear when the car is on. My clutch pedal didn't do the famous pedal to floor. It's still up! When the car is off my clutch pedal feels hard like its suppose to and goes into every gear like nothing is wrong. I drop in 1st gear turn the car on and the clutch all the way in feels all rattly and still doesn't go anywhere. Turn the car off put clutch in feels hard again. Keep in mind I do have a stage 4 clutch. I don't what the hells going on. The brake fluid is low, I've taken out everything out and I'm now clueless what do. I've had a problem before with clutch master cylinder and had it replaced by the dealership, installed oem crap. But I'm guessing I have to reinstall a new aftermarket one to work better. There was tiny fluid around my clutch pedal spring to. I've read so many forum pages and a lot of people are too confusing. I have no clue if thats the issue or not. Lol I'm gonna do the work this time and well some input would be appreciated! Thanks
