did you install all that yourself? Is it tuned? Did the FPR hose pop off?

First off take a look at your plugs, check gaps and then test each plug for a spark. If that is all good then reinstall or replace if bad. Do another test

Then next thing is to start checking your fuel system, inspect your injectors. Maybe cyl# injector needs cleaning. Id do then all anyway. Once you have checked that then retest

Now if still exists then check all vacuums, make sure you have no damaged lines, clamps are good etc and retest again.

I recommend doing it in this order and testing every stage as it will give you a process of elimination, instead of checking everything at the same time and then not really knowing what the problem really was. If all these are working correctly then it's probably time to dig deeper, maybe you have a bad ring on cyl#4

I would recommend that vacuum lines are in tight and couplers?

Check spark plugs, check fuel pump relay, and if those aren't it then stop driving it and have it towed. From what I know, sounds to me like you're driving your car with the improper tune.

because the Op should have more than one cyl# affected if the fuel pump relay was failing wouldn't he/she?
