2013 Evo help regarding Dash panel
It's a $40,000 car because it out performs anything, not because it's nicer than anything. You can buy nicer cars for $40,000. But they won't perform the same. You can't have it all with out paying for it. And $40,000 may seem like a lot to many of us, but there's a reason cars like Audi's, Porsche's cost that they do. They have performance and nice interiors.
If you can't afford one, you get what you pay for. And I'm not knocking on anyone who can't afford one.. believe me, I can't afford one. I'm just saying, I bought a $35,000 performance car knowing full well it was loud, it was rattly, and made of cheap plastic. It I wanted both I would have gotten a used S4.
So moral of the story is cheap plastic doesn't always fit together perfectly. Shocking.

I'm just going to call customer relations and see where it goes.. I understand you all in regards to quality and performance etc.
I'm still going to pursue if I can. If not w.e I'll deal with it.
Thanks guys

If they change out the entire dash for you and the lines look perfect, will it not just happen again? I'm not sure if I would want those idiot dealer techs ripping my dash apart just to have the warping occur all over again.
My 2012 is like that too but I never noticed until I saw this post!
I guess I really never paid attention to it - I also have an aftermarket radio dash kit which is also wavy.
First time I sat in the car, gave the dash a little knock knock and heard that luxurious plastic hollow sound - I knew what I was buying.
Nobody who has taken a ride in my car has ever made comment to the interior quality - usually a "holy ****" or "wow" is their only comment as they are slammed back into the passenger seat.

2014 here I could see it if I really looked for it but you really have to be supremely OCD to notice. My wife is very detail oriented and hasn't noticed and I haven't mentioned it to her.
Relax man, it's so trivial I can't imagine constantly seeing it unless actively looking for it...

even if it was perfect it would still look like crap, the textures don't match the radio surround or glove box to begin with. you bought the wrong car for a quality interior. wait until the rattles start.
