Time for a new BOV?

I'm currently on a stock, non-crushed BOV running at 30 pounds. I'm noticing once in a while that the BOV will release and flutter with out me depressing the clutch. This generally happens as I slowly increase the load, when starting at low RPMs (typically like 5th gear on the highway when I go to pass with out down shifting).

It's only done it a couple of times now. I don't want to decrease the boots (who does that?!), but I'm wondering if the stock BOV is just maxed out and I need one that will hold more. And if I do, will it need a retune (assuming I stay with a recirculated BPV)? Or will it be okay as long as I don't alter the current level of boost?
