2011 EVO MR compression test

Hey everyone I new on this form and have recently started shopping for a EVO X not sure if I am going to buy new or low mileage used yet. Anyway I was looking at a 2011 EVO X MR with right around 26000 miles but when I looked at the carfax and it looks like the car had the engine compression checked right around 22000 miles at one dealership then the next record was it being offered for sale at around 26000 miles at another dealership. To me that seems like a red flag, my thinking is one dealer got it maybe in a trade in and then got bad results and sent it to auction where another dealer picked it up. Am I correct in thinking I should probably steer clear of the EVO?

Why not just get your own compression and leakdown test to see if the car is healthy? No way to tell with the paper trail. It does seem odd that the car changed hands within 4000 miles though. That's a red flag to me...
