2014 Evo X Recall?
I'm curious: does your door jamb plate say oct 25, 2013?
Mine just says "Oct 2013".
(And my door plate seems just glued on, rather than pop-riveted.)
The dealer had the car from before the 19th until I took delivery on the 26th, so maybe they were stuck doing the reflash before I picked it up.
(When I said I assume it's been done, I didn't specifically mean by the factory.)

Just got my Ralliart reflashed from the dealer and it seemed to smooth out my engine quite a bit. Might be a placebo effect but I feel like my car lost about 2 years of wear on it and seems to pull like it did when I first got it. Everything about the engine just feels smoother, not just when I'm sitting idling.
And you heard this from a guy who knows a guy that heard another guy, or do you have some sort of documentation regarding your claims?
So, some interesting news.. After the dealer reflash, I wasn't able to immediately view the ROM. I have definitions for all Evo Xs I've ever tuned, years 2008-2014. My 2013 originally came with ROMID 59580004, but after the reflash the ID was 59580005. I made an "include" XML for this ROM, did a cal compare between the original 2013 ROM and this "post-update" ROM and.... no differences other than ID! Of course, as we know, we only have access to maybe 10-20% of the ECU's programming, so it's still very likely there are background differences going on beyond what Golden has in his 2013 XML.
I had my bench flash setup ready just in case, but I was able to successfully flash my 59580004 ROM back in without needing to bench. i then went back to my normal 2010 5557 Tephra map and all was well.
If anyone would like the ROM who can properly disassemble it and diff it out can PM me.

Just got my car reflashed at Cerritos Mitsubishi. Took them 2 hours for a simple reflash, even with an appointment!
Car feels like it drives smoother at low RPMS. Now to see if my car still idles funny while cruising in stop and go traffic. I'll report back mid-week or so.

In my opinion, the reflash made my car drive a lot smoother than it used to. No more harsh bucking, and even easier engagement between gears. It makes a huge difference for me because most my driving is done in stop-go traffic.

The "detune" is basically getting rid of too much torque on the low end. Have you noticed that at low RPMs, if you let go of the gas, the car bucks really hard? That's basically what the reflash fixes. In my opinion, the reflash made my car drive a lot smoother than it used to. No more harsh bucking, and even easier engagement between gears. It makes a huge difference for me because most my driving is done in stop-go traffic.

I scheduled an appointment for Saturday to have this done. I currently dont have a tune so its not a big deal for me and everyone i spoke with said the car drives a lot smoother at the low end. The bucking in the car at low speeds always bothered me
Just got back from work. I notice that the reflash also got rid of the bouncing idle when I cruise in traffic. (clutch in, moving slowly forward)
Before, my idle would drop to 500 and bounce back up to 1000. My headlights would dim and my car would feel like it would want to stall.
Didn't have any of those problems today!

This would be really needed since my -10 RA is suffering from cold weather issues....
