Hi guys! im new around here! like the title said... im thinking on buy a 2009 Lancer Evo X that have around 23,000 miles on the clock. This are going to be my first Evo and i want to know what things i have to check on the car to make a great deal.

In the US, you are correct. However, the OP lists his location as PR. I'm not sure about them market there. I know it's different. In fact, that's one of the only markets you could get a Rotor Glow Orange Evo from the factory!

 

What you mean? You can get a rotor glow orange here in the US too. They only produced them in 2010 tho...
