I have the ETS v2. Straight all the way back. Not a regret in my mind about it. Sounds freaking nasty.

The AMS EVO X Racing Series Cat-Back Exhaust System is a no-nonsense, all business exhaust system designed to make the most power and shed serious weight off your EVO X. Our exhaust features mandrel bent piping for the best exhaust flow.

Does ETS or any other manufacturer offer a muffler delete / replacement that bolts to the OEM location? ETS appears to offer one but it says it requires the ETS mid pipe.. so you'd end up buying the whole cbe no? I'd prefer to spend less than $400-500 for a quality part that adds a more aggressive sound and sporty look but doesn't require the whole stock CBE to come off.

That's funny, the cops by me same thing, I told them it's the oem system, look at the fitment.

Ok sir, it just seems loud from far away. I told him the motor was built, that's why it was so loud.

Wow, I'm so lying it's hilarious they bought it hook line & sinker.

way to loud and obnoctious. I had the HKS hi flow with test pipe and even that was too loud for me. cant imagine muffler deletes.

If you're looking for sound straight pipe catless is the way to go. From what I've seen I haven't seen too many companies that make true straight piped systems. You'd probably save a pretty penny to just have one custom fabbed for you. I have single exit AMS test pipe/catback but it's not too loud unless I'm getting on it. Just my 2 cents but if you're looking for power gains you should get a new exhaust system. Deleting the mufflers on the stock exhaust might make it louder but I don't see how it'll help your performance.

Maybe it's just YouTube sound but it doesn't sound that loud to me. Maybe it's a lot louder in real life. In the video it sounds about as loud as my UR dual exhaust.

I need to hear one in real life.
