I think I located it:

Ugh I got inpatient though and already installed my TOMEI downpipe hopefully I can still put this in without having to completely remove it...

That looks like the shield that goes on top of the transfer case to protect the line there. In the second pic you can see the 3 bolt holes for it.

Got it back on and was able to get it back on without any issues even with the downpipe installed.
