Potential EVO buyer, quick question.
a lot of people repair cars without reporting it to their insurance agencies, so any repairs done to it will never show up on carfax. make sure you always have a knowledgeable guy there who worked on cars if you can. there is a whole laundry list of things to check off.
actually that is the very rare "Special Edition" MR that only came to the US in 2010. It's ~500 pounds lighter than the regular MR and autox guys always look for them.
They're worth more money to the right person, but hopefully the dealership doesn't know what they have there...

SE – (late 2010–11) Is a combination of all three 2010 models; some key features are the GSR front grill and interior, MR rear diffusers, 6-speed TC-SST transmission, Eibach springs and Bilstein struts, MR touring rear-lip spoiler, and heated seats. Only 340 were produced in the United States. A special key fob with the series number and a letter of acknowledgement from Shin Kurihara were given to the purchaser of this trim.

It could very well feel a little sluggish as I doubt theyve changed the trans fluid and trans filter. Suppose to do that every 30,000ish. I didnt know that and at 40,000 I changed mine out. Night and day difference and go with SSP on fluid and aluminum filter. Sounds like a good deal
