What are some little mods/things to do to an evo?

I was wondering what are some of the small things people do to their evo's for appearance, performance, personalize, whatever that doesn't cost too much (200-300 or less). So please share what you have, what you plan to do, and share pictures of what you have done if you want

So far what i have done:
-OEM Mudflaps
-Brake cooling air guides
-30% window tint
-Plasti dip wheels matte black
-Custom license plate frames
-CF pattern seat belt pads with Mitsubishi stitched into them

Things i'm thinking of or planning on doing:
-Hood dampers
-Nice shift knob and e-brake handle
-Door sill scuff plates
-Replacing regular bulbs with LED's
-Installing tow hooks
-Carbon fiber fog light housings (rex speed about $100, will match with future CF Lip)

Look at redlinegoods for the e-brake handle, and they have amazing custom shift boots too. Highly recommend. Nice little list.

I personally think a CF hood scoop that sits up a little higher really sets the front off too.

How much are we talking here?

Some things I have done for under $200:
-Perrin TIH
-UR SRI
-Hood dampers (#1 mod everyone should do without a doubt)
-CF Hood scoop (used)
-EBCS
-Cobb AP (used)
-Flossy heavyweight shift knob

I'm trying to sell the AP, SRI, and TIH for very cheap right now actually.

Yellow fog lights is a really cheap yet tasteful mod.

Also, LED dome, map, trunk, DRL.

Hopefully people keep em coming. This is a good thread for us new Evo owners that want to do some small things but aren't sure where to start.

I did a custom license plate. To me it was worth the extra $50 a year to have it. It makes it unique!

Is there any basic mods to do before upgrading the turbo?
