So currently I drive a stock evo x. I find it pretty slow and am looking to upgrade. So I am going to make a list of needs and I hope someone can help me decide on what I need.

What fuel do you intend to run? You can get to around 400whp on the stock turbo with full boltons and E85. On 93, you'll need to add cams and/or a MHI 18k size turbo. On 91, you'll need a bigger stock frame like an EF3 or GTX3576.

 

MHI 18k on pump gas will get you there assuming you have full bolt ons

 

If you have an MR i would stick to below 360 whp. Start with UICP, IC, turboback, intake, hi-flow cat or preferably a test pipe - that'll net you roughly 350-360whp on 93 oct

Just get a MHI turbo w/ supporting mods and keep the torque down a little
