P0304
P0304
Hey guys so my car started throwing this code today I'm on stock plugs id1000 injectors 16k miles on the car 2010 gsr model. Here is a picture of 2 plugs the left one is cylinder 4 the right is cylinder 3. cylinder 1 and 2 look identical to cylinder 3. do you think my plugs are bad or should I look into seals for the injectors being bad or even possibly the injector going out.
PS p0304 is cylinder misfire for cylinder 4

Do you have a lightweight flywheel? I would clear the code and drive and see if it comes back. Plugs look good to me.

Stock clutch stock flywheel i cleared the code drove the car around went to the store turned the car off turned it on everything was good came back home 2 hours later decided to start the car and the light popped back on.
Swap plugs 3 and 4. Clear code. Drive. See if code pops again on cylinder 4. If so plug. If not maybe coil pack or injector. Try the same approach with those one at a time if needed. It's what I'd do.

Tough to tell from the picture...
Is the #4 plug really 'clean' (washed by fuel)?
Is it possible it was not torqued down properly? (The threads look different...)
I agree with above, starting with swapping injectors to see if the problem moves.
And I would listen (with a socket extension as a stethoscope) at the injectors (while running) for a consistent clicking (same volume and duration) as best as your 'ear' can differentiate) between each cylinder...
Is your fuel ratio different (on the wideband)? Any white smoke or suddenly sooty tailpipe (indicating running rich)
[shrug] I am just spit-balling here - I hope it helps...

Changed the plugs and swapped coils from cyl 4 to 3 drive it around the block so far no codes but I'll have to drive it more. No smoke from turbo afr is 14.6-14.7 on idle. Tail pipe always has been black under woot I lean out to 11.3 little on the rich side
