I would wait about a week or two, it depends how bad your toe is after the install.

My car was still settling after two weeks and kinda wished I waited at least another 5 days. How I know is that after the alignment I wasn't rubbing but started to get a slight rub after a few days.

Make's sense. Right now my car is too low with the eibach pro kit and I'm scraping my exhaust and the handling is not so great at higher speeds. So the Spec Rs will be a bit higher and hopefully work out better. How can I tell if the toe is off?

According to the experts from GTWORX, springs settle within the first 30 miles of driving.

"nope, the first 30miles if VERY bumpy is all it takes. If one were to drive on VERY smooth roads it could take a while, but I did a good amount of bumps and rough roads after the install to take the springs thru their full range of motion which is what settles them."

Go hit a mildly rough road on your way to the shop and you'll be fine.

Most of the the alignment shops i use offer at least a 60 day warranty so just get it done right away and then go back in a month for an alignment check and if it needs to be adjusted they will do it as well.

Does it matter if the springs are new or used?

just an update, did the install via the "how to" here on evom. Not a bad install. For the record the swifts spec R s are really legit for the car. I had on eibachs and the car was way to low and handled very badly. The swifts are high enough to clear most common obstacles, they ride smoother, and the car doesn't look like a monster truck. Also thanks for the advice. I waited about 3-4 days, drove it about 30 milles street and highway, then got it aligned this morning, and its G2G. thx

How do u like the ride height? I like my car lower than stock and would like for it too look like it IS dropped but don't want it slammed. Thinking of getting these... wish they were on a sale lol.

If I get these springs.. is their anything else that needs to be done except alignment?

I like the height. My car was slammed before and it drove me nuts, I'll show you a pic of how it looks now. If you call street tuned motorsports (rochester NY), they sell them 305 shipped. All that you need to do is an alignment. No cutting either with these. I followed the how to here on evom and it took awhile, but now if I were to do it again it would be too easy. PM if you do the install and I'll share some tips, cause I ran into some little PITA situations lol.
