evo x problems

So I posted a week ago about my clutch slipping, two days later we noticed oil leaking. So we took it to Mitsubishi, and they had to drop the whole tranny, replace the rear seal on the motor, and then the clutch disk because oil was getting into that, which could of caused the slipping. They put everything back together and its still leaking. This is a brand new car btw, only had 500 miles on it now. Got it when it had 210 miles. I am stressed out about this, thinking this is just going to be a problem car. If anybody has any advise as to what I should or can do please give me some advise. Thank you

i would just take it back again. I wouldnt be to worried yet i mean thats what warranties are there for. Take it back and explain that its still leaking and im sure they will fix it. I know it sucks because its a brand new car and wasnt really all that cheap but mistakes do happen during assembly.

Yes they do, if the problem happens more then 3 times I believe then it could be considered a lemon car.

I think once you get this problem squared away I think youll be happy with the car. But thats what the warrantys for so just take it back to them to fix again and hopefully they do it right this time. Ya most lemon laws require the same thing to fail 3 times and then they have to buy the car back.
