Boom found it! (disregard it saying glovebox rattle, the part linked is for the rear deck lid which is probably relevant to your issue)

Also this one WILL happen to you, so keep this handy as well.

lol I've been bookmarking noise issues for a few months like an obsessive freak. That right side squeak one got me moving to resolve, as it was horrendous depending on the temperature outside lol.

Still have been lazy and haven't done the decklid but it's on my list as it will vibrate in mine from time to time.

Don't forget, drive your MR ALWAYS in S-Sport manual. Best for the car and clutch longevity, always ready for action!

So I figure the car is due for some maintenance. Tranny flush and oil change sound about right. Thoughts?

Depends if they did it when they first got the car after breakin. I believe it is beneficial to change out the SST fluid within the first 3k. Oil change is a no brainer though. Any dealership records to see if the transmission oil was changed out?

Not yet, the owner put 2K miles a year on it so I'm thinking I'll just flush everything.

I'd probably do the same. Hurt the wallet a bit, but good peace of mind.

Go with the SSP trans cooler. Mounts on top of the crash bar and towards the driver side headlamp

He is talking about the missing air guides that go on both sides of the intercooler. The engine oil cooler is on the pass. side by the for light and the sst trans cooler is by the driver side fog light

Congrats and good luck. Florida tends to have some Evo's that only come out on weekends.
