I'm leaning to install this exhaust system. When you get your back fire is it at high rpm or normal driving?

I was too, until I realized that the exhaust system doesn't come with flanges, so you'll have to wield everything lol.

It's normal for that to happen once you put an aftermarket exhaust on. Nothing to worry about.

It doesn't come with exhaust flanges, so it won't be as easy as just unscrewing and rescrewing it back on and off.

In other words, you'll have to wield the pipes together.

With most aftermarket exhaust systems, you can just simply install it without wielding pipes. Corsa doesn't allow that to happen since it doesn't include flanges.

Completely forget and disregard my previous posts. It appears that the exhaust now comes with the flanges. When it first came out, I was told that this exhaust system didn't come with flanges. But I guess they've fixed this and now include flanges.

I just checked their site to see if things changed, and it did. lol.

My bad.

Good thing. I was thinking about this exhaust and you made me second-guess myself. :P

Regarding the backfiring, I suspect it has something to do with removal of the factory cat, maybe?

I might get this exhaust now to since it comes with flanges now haha.

And yeah it's from the removal of the cat. I even did a basic muffler delete, (just the axle back portion of the exhaust, stock midpipe, stock cat.) and my car started to pop a little bit from just a removal of the muffler lol.

Corsa was one of the exhaust I was aiming to get. I had a corsa axleback on my mustang 5.0 and it sounded SICK and no drone! Unfortunately, I went with sakura before I noticed corsa made one for the Evo. Sakura is GOOD. And I bet Corsa sounds just as good. I would feel comfortable recommending Corsa.
