Possibly buying 2008 Evo MR, timing chain light? What to look for also?

Hi, I'm in the market for an 08+ Evo and I found a (what appears to be) bone stock 2008 MR for sale with about 58k miles. I noticed in a picture that it had the triangle with the exclamation mark inside it in the upper right next to the temperature. My research tells me that this means the timing belt is either stretched or loose. Assuming its bone stock, here are my questions:

Does that warning only mean timing chain? Or something else?

How much does a chain replacement generally go for?

Does the chain get replaced around 60k miles? Or is this premature?

Is the car even safe to drive with this warning?

What else should I look/listen/feel for when at the dealership/test driving the car? (ie SST transmissoin etc)

How should I test drive the car? (drive it through the gears, drive it hard, maybe launch it lol etc)

I'm planning on checking the car out tomorrow night, so any feedback would be great. Thanks!
