Cant find the source of this clunking noise! HELP

Let me start by saying, i know this is an old beaten topic. But I have searched and tried all the solutions that other people have found, and nothing has worked yet...

So i've been getting a weird clunking noise for the past few weeks first in the rear, and recently in the front as well. Had a local shop check it out for me, and they couldn't find anything.

It's mainly while going under 10mph over small bumps and cracks on the road. The front started making the same clunking noise, on the passenger front after my clutch job not too long ago. I had the shop check it out a couple weeks after just to make sure everything was nice and tight, and they found nothing loose.

Its almost as if something is loose and moves around at low speed. It doesn't make sense that at high speed everything feels nice and crisp, as it should. I had the same noise once and it was loose end link nuts and it is the same sound. I have tried to push down on the car, while parked, and i cannot recreate the sound. The only sound i can get out of the car is, when lifted on a jack, I pull up on the front wheel, and it makes the sound but ever so slightly almost like the top hat on the suspension is loose and when checked its tight. This is with the wheel tight onto the hub. When i take the wheel off, there is no sound. ITS DRIVING ME NUTS! My JRZs only have 3 trackways on them and 15k daily/track miles on the with no flaws whatsoever.

Ill try to get a video up tomorrow or when i get a day off work to give a better idea, but this is the best way i can explain it.

I went as far as going under the car with a 19mm and a 17mm and tightening every bolt on the subframe and around it, just to have some piece of mind and make sure everything was snug and tight. Found nothing that even budged. Ill try to get a video up tomorrow or when i get a day off work to give a better idea, but this is the best way i can explain it. Anyone that can help shed some light, or where to look PLEASE HELP!

What modifications?

If the springs are binding it can cause a clunk. Assuming you're lowered. If coilovers, check to make sure everything is installed correctly.

Endlinks are a definite possible cause.

What is weird is you said the noise first occurred in the rear, than the front. If its moving around than its likely not suspension, maybe exhaust.

If you go over a speed bump, does it happen? What about only left or right side going over the same bump. This will help narrow the location of the issue.

Try shaking the exhaust and transmission to see if anything hits.

I'm just spit balling here fyi.

I checked that the exhaust was nice and tight, Also if you read above i mentioned that it is going over bumps, and that i do have coilovers. They have been on the car for 15k miles and no noises or issues until now. Im having a hard time thinking its the coilovers, since the noises began after the clutch job and never made a noise before. The only other time i've heard it was when my end links were loose, but they are tight now.
